1. Stock and Availability
While we aim to keep our inventory accurate, discrepancies may occasionally occur.
If an item in your order is unavailable, you can:

2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
- Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

- Warranty claims are accepted for eligible products within 7 days of receipt.
- Claims are processed within 14 working days upon receipt of the returned product.
- Approved claims may result in a replacement, subject to stock availability.

- Claims are typically resolved within 14-18 working days, with a replacement or refund provided.
3.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Products marked as final sale.
- Items damaged due to improper use.
4. Order Processing and Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment.
- Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.
5. Changes to Orders
5.1 Address Modifications
- Delivery address changes are permitted before your order is dispatched. Contact our team promptly to make updates.
5.2 Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
6. Tracking and Notifications
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.
- Use the link to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.
7. Delayed Deliveries
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time:
- Contact us immediately, and we will investigate the delay with the courier.
- Updates will be provided as soon as we have more information.
8. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel is damaged during transit:
- Reject the delivery and notify us immediately.
- If the parcel is accepted, submit proof of damage, and we will guide you on the next steps.
- Refunds or replacements will be provided after verification.
9. Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or refund upon confirmation from the courier.
